The tattoo artist will let you know how much the tattoo will be before they start working on you, but there shouldn’t be a charge to just actually pick a design. Free tattoo designs are everywhere. They can be found on the internet, in tattoo parlors-all over the place. Once you choose an image there will be a charge to actually put it on you and the price will depend on complexity and size. The only time you should ever pay for a tattoo design is if the tattoo artist is drawing it up or doing a lot of work on it himself.
