Keep on Looking

If at all possible, don’t pay extra for the actual tattoo design. The tattoo artist will let you know how much the tattoo will be before they start working on you, but there shouldn’t be a charge to just actually pick a design. Free tattoo designs are everywhere. They can be found on the internet, in tattoo parlors-all over the place. Once you choose an image there will be a charge to actually put it on you and the price will depend on complexity and size. The only time you should ever pay for a tattoo design is if the tattoo artist is drawing it up or doing a lot of work on it himself.

Is the oud hard to play?

I have been looking for something new to learn how to play, and I think I would like to learn how to play the oud. I like Middle Eastern music, and the way that this instrument sounds, so I think it might be a good hobby for me. I am always looking to learn new things. Is the oud hard to learn how to play? I have found a good place where I can buy one, but first I want to make sure that I can find someone that is willing to teach me how to play. Hopefully there will be someone in my area that will give me lessons.

Creating a theme room

I really want to redo my daughter’s room and give it some kind of theme. In order to do this I am looking to find some kind of kids wall art that will inspire me. I don’t want it to be something very babyish since I want her to like her room for quite a while rather than asking to have it redone again right away. Does anyone know where I might get some inspiration for this? I would love to find a nice framed picture or two that I could put up and pull the colors and an idea for the theme from.

Visiting Black Hills National Forest

The Black Hills National Forest is one of the most popular attractions in South Dakota.  Covering 1.2 million acres, this is actually the oldest mountain range in North America.  The granite peaks still tower over 7,000 feet into the sky, for all that age.  In addition to the immense grandeur of nature found in the park, it is also home to immense heritage. The Lakota name the land Paha Sapa, thus giving us "black hills."  The area is not truly black, but thickly forested with ponderosa pine and other trees.  From a distance on the Great Plains, the mountains appear black against the sky, though. The area is rich in historical sites and amazing attractions.  The Crazy Horse Monument is being carved in the northern part of the Black Hills and will be the largest sculpture of its kind in the world when completed. In addition, you can find numerous ghost towns scattered throughout the area.  These towns grew up when a new deposit was found and died with the gold vein.  Deadwood is one of the most famous examples of this type of town.  You’ll find many others, though; many offering tours through the ruined towns.

Drinking Red Wine for Your Health

It has been noted that by drinking moderate wine consumption, you may experience some health benefits. Although, some people claim this is all fantasy, but others stick with one glass of red wine with every dinner. It is thought that the chemicals that are found in red wines have the potential to overcome free radicals that can be found within the body. The free radicals have been determined to cause cellular damage, which is a root cause of many different types of cancers as well as heart disease. If you are a believer or you just want to test the stories, you will want to drink one glass of red wine a day.

Soulja Boy Shoes — Cool

Soulja Boy is known to have a love for his shoes. A lot of his songs talk about his different Bathing Apes shoes. These shoes are distinguished with the star and a swoosh. You can see them in his “Crank Dat” video as he cranks it for you. Now, he has recently signed on with a deal for a brand of Soulja Boy shoes: Yums. This shoes you just how much this artist is into shoes. It is not really sure of when the shoes will be released but he promises they will be hip and that everyone should go out and get a pair.

I Love to Enter Art Cotests.

I have always liked to enter different contests over the years because I think that it is fun. I recently entered one of the larger art contests that come through town and I placed second in my category. I was very excited to hear that and I even won a small cash prize. What is even neater than that though is someone offered to purchase my art for a very nice sum. I thought that was the greatest compliment to my art and it has inspired me to try and sell some more of my art at a local art consignment shop in town.

Fort at No 4, Charlestown, NH

Fort at No 4, Charlestown, NHThe Fort at No 4 in Charlestown, NH is a living history museum both kids and adults will enjoy touring. The Fort is an authentic recreation of a gated village of the 1700s. This British settlement was walled in to provide protection against attacks by French and Indians. Ethnic Instruments: Standing Out

Every generation has a music that best captures the trend of their times. While your dad and mom grooved to the classic jazz, your siblings had the punk rock songs to bang their heads with. As your grandparents swayed to swooning ballads of the Platters, your auntie’s jived to the Elvis’ rock music. As it is, music is a timeless piece of art passed on from generation to generation–both the sounds and instruments. Ethnic instruments are “living” legacies of this artistic arena in history. If the Orville Brother’s airplane model is the grandfather of our modern airspace industry, so are these unique ethnic instruments in the world of sounds. Owning one gives you the feeling of being completely unique and original in a time where the combo set and the electric guitars are heralded the symbol of modern music. Stand out from the average crowd, buy your own ethnic instrument and feel totally something else.

Popular tattoos

You might already know this, but some of the most popular tattoo designs today are signs of the zodiac, or zodiac tattoos. I myself am intrigued by zodiac symbols and the way that they often times truly reflect the soul of another person. I can’t tell you how many times I have read my horoscope or read descriptions of my sign, which happens to be Libra, and it always follows suit with how my personality is. I doubt it can just be coincidence. There’s obviously something legitimate about the importance of someone’s birth date, so it’s no wonder that many people choose to have their sign tattooed on them.
