Does echinacea really work?
I have heard that echinacea can improve your immune system and make it less likely that you get sick. Has anyone tried this? Does it really help a lot? I think it might get just a little bit expensive to take it for a long time. What is a safe amount to take? Is there a brand that contains more of the effective ingredient than others? I have heard that sometimes with herbal medicines some brands don’t always contain as much as others. I would love it if someone could tell me where I can find out more about echinacea.
