Losing The Baby Weight

Since I had my baby, about six months ago, I have not had any luck losing the baby weight that I had gained during pregnancy. Now, I am looking for some kind of diet that will help me to get a head start on the weight loss. Then, I will try to find more time to get some exercise after the baby goes to sleep at night. What I have been considering lately is eating only low carb foods. I have heard that it is a good way to lose weight, from several of my friends. It would be great to find out what foods are really low in carbohydrates.
