Organic Foods Worth The Money
There are free online diets out there that recommend dieters eat primarily organic foods because they are more healthy for the body. However, organic foods are more expensive and in some circumstances, are not worth the extra money. But there are still some organic foods that needed in your diet. Spinach and lettuce is only a dollar more for the organic. Bell peppers are one of the dirty dozen – one of the most highly pesticided foods so they are worth it. Apples are another food in which 92% of them have pesticide residues. Finally, organic peanut butter doesn’t contain the chemicals that tend to concentrate in oils.
