That casting fly reel
I was using a press reel or what they call a casting fly reel. It works and it was the cheapest reel around, so I got it. Fly fishing is only a hobby, so my wife was telling me that there is no need to spend so much money on it.That is until of course, our fly fishing trip in alaska. What happens was either due to the weight of the fish or the condition which I was throwing the line, the reel broke. I could have bought a new one but the journey would take one day to and fro.
